Wimpy’s Plumbing & Air is seeking an experienced Licensed Residential Plumber to join our growing team in Sarasota, FL. Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues.
Perform re-pipes, re-drains, and fixture installations and replacements.
Troubleshoot and resolve drain stoppages and plumbing system failures.
Create basic job site drawings for waste and water system layouts.
Perform plumbing work that meets or exceeds current code requirements.
Deliver exceptional customer service while clearly communicating repair options.
Learn advanced services, including hydro jetting, pipe lining and coating, and waste pipe milling.
Cross-train in HVAC services to expand your technical skills.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of residential plumbing service experience.
Valid plumbing license (preferred where applicable).
Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems, codes, and best practices.
Experience using professional plumbing tools and equipment, including ProPress systems, sewer cameras, and diagnostic equipment.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Ability to work in confined spaces and perform physically demanding tasks.
